We want you to be completely satisfied with your Farrell purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

Returns received within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Returns received after 30 days but within one year will be refunded in the form of a Farrell eGift Card.

Please note: We do not accept returns on Beauty & Wellness products, swimwear bottoms, or intimates that have been worn or have had hygiene stickers removed. Additionally, items from our Vintage Loves and Vintage Revival collections are final sale.

Farrell merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the place of purchase. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

Online Returns Portal: The easiest way to process your return is through our Online Returns Portal. You'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions via email.

By Mail: If you prefer to return by mail without using the portal, please include your order confirmation or packing slip and send to:

Important: Returns are shipped at your own risk. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Farrell is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

In-Store Returns: You can return online purchases to any Farrell retail store within 30 days with your order confirmation.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days after processing.

Farrell eGift Card: For returns processed after 30 days, your eGift Card will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your return is due to our error.

If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

We want to make sure you get exactly what you love! While we don't offer direct exchanges through our online returns process, we recommend the following:

For Online Purchases: Return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you'd like. This ensures you'll receive your new item as quickly as possible.

For In-Store Exchanges: Visit any Farrell retail location within 30 days with your order confirmation to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If you're exchanging for an item of equal or lesser value, you'll receive the difference as a refund. If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Beauty & Wellness products
  • Swimwear bottoms and intimates (if worn or hygiene stickers removed)
  • Items from Vintage Loves collection
  • Items from Vintage Revival collection
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on product page

Defective Items: If you receive a defective final sale item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. We'll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
